Everything Your Team Needs to Run It

Adventure Portal is licensed software, so your own staff operate it. These are the guides, specs, and pilot numbers they'll want before day one.

Operator Documentation

Run a Session Without a Specialist

One trained staff member can operate an arena serving 32 guests an hour. Here is what they work from.

Operator's Guide

A short walkthrough covering how to access Mission Control, choose an adventure, generate activity groups, and print everything a session needs.

AP Mission Control

The browser console that runs the room. Pick the adventure, enter your group size and headset count, and it builds the rotation automatically.

Printable Activity Packs

Every adventure ships with Puzzle Packs and Adventure Objectives, so the groups waiting for a headset are still working the same material.

Hardware & Deployment

Known Hardware. Known Footprint.

Adventure Core targets a deliberately narrow hardware list so tracking and throughput stay predictable across venues.

Supported Headsets

Pico Neo 4 Ultra Enterprise, HTC Vive Focus Vision, and HTC Vive Focus 3. All standalone, enterprise-grade, and stable in high-throughput rooms.

What's in a Kit

Pro comfort headstraps with quick-change batteries, spare battery packs, charging base stations, rugged flight cases, and a built-in local network.

Space & Setup Time

400 sq. ft. for 8 concurrent guests, 1,200 sq. ft. for 18, and 3,800 sq. ft. for 40. Setup runs from roughly 30 minutes to two hours by size.

Pilot Data

Measured in a Working Science Centre

We ran an eight-day free-roam pilot at the Telus World of Science in Edmonton on an intentionally constrained 8-headset arena, and tracked it closely. The full breakdown is available on request.
